I had a pretty rough experience at Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi. While the staff was certainly professional and offered an upgrade, the initial room I received was not up to standard, with several issues like poor connectivity and unpleasant odors. However, I did appreciate the cleanliness of the final room and the helpfulness of the staff, which was a relief. Overall, it felt like a mix of potential but lacking in execution.

Additionally, the drainage in the bathroom didn't work well, which resulted in flooding.
